How does HireLoop apply on my behalf?
After you sign a Service Authorization Agreement, HireLoop submits applications directly to employers. You're notified of each batch of applications and can review what was submitted at any time. Your personal email is never shared, accessed, or used.
Will the AI invent things on my resume?
Never. HireLoop doesn't add skills, certifications, or accomplishments you don't have. It rewrites the language of your real experience to match what each job description is asking for. Your resume stays 100% true.
What about 2FA codes and account verifications?
When a job site requires real-time verification, you'll get a text asking for the code during a scheduled batch. Application batches are scheduled in advance so you know when to be reachable.
What if I don't get interviews?
You'll get more responses than you would on your own, that's the whole point. But if it's been 60 days and you've heard nothing, email support@gethireloop.com. We'll personally rework your strategy and re-run the package, no extra cost.
