What you're agreeing to when you complete checkout
By completing payment for a HireLoop package, you authorize HireLoop to act as your agent for one specific purpose: submitting job applications you've configured through your intake. We can use job platform credentials you choose to share, but never your personal email. We can't accept offers, message recruiters, or do anything outside the scope of submitting applications.
You can revoke this authorization at any time. We can't guarantee outcomes (no service can), but we commit to delivering the package you bought, on schedule, with quality.
1. Who this applies to
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between:
- HireLoop ("we," "us," or "Service Provider"), operated under [Your Legal Business Name], based in Houston, Texas, USA
- You ("Client" or "Customer"), the individual who completes payment for any HireLoop package
If you don't agree to any part of these Terms, don't complete checkout. Once you've completed payment, you've agreed to everything below.
2. How you agree to these terms
You agree to these Terms when you:
- Check the agreement box during Stripe checkout, AND
- Successfully complete payment for a HireLoop package
Stripe records your acknowledgment with a timestamp at the moment of payment. This electronic agreement is legally binding under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
If you have questions before agreeing, ask first. Email support@gethireloop.com with your questions and we'll respond before you commit. Once payment is complete, the agreement is in effect.
3. Scope of services
HireLoop will deliver the package you purchased. The current packages are:
Early Access Starter ($79)
- 15 tailored resumes customized to specific job postings
- 15 custom cover letters customized to specific job postings
- A personalized job match list based on the criteria you provided in intake
- Submission of those applications on your behalf
- An application tracker delivered to you
- First batch of applications submitted within 24 hours of intake completion
Future packages (post-launch)
If you've purchased Premium ($399) or Unlimited ($199/month), the scope of services is described in the package details on our website at the time of purchase. The same authorization principles in these Terms apply.
HireLoop uses AI-powered tools combined with quality controls to produce applications. Delivery begins once you've completed the intake form and provided any required platform credentials.
4. Authorization to act on your behalf
By completing checkout, you expressly authorize HireLoop to act as your agent for one specific purpose: submitting job applications you've configured as part of your package.
This authorization includes:
- Submitting applications directly to employers via their company career portals using contact information you've provided
- Logging into your accounts on job application platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Wellfound, Otta, and similar sites), only when you've shared credentials, only to submit applications on your behalf during scheduled application windows
- Communicating with you in real time during scheduled windows for verification codes when required (via the phone number you provide)
- Creating a candidate account on a company career site when required to submit an application, using your contact information
5. What we won't do
This authorization is strictly limited to the scope of submitting job applications. HireLoop will not:
- Send messages, connection requests, or InMail on your behalf to anyone, ever
- Modify your LinkedIn profile, email signature, or any account settings beyond what's required for application submission
- Accept job offers on your behalf
- Negotiate compensation, benefits, or any terms of employment on your behalf
- Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, or any third party as if we were you
- Use your credentials for any purpose outside the scope of these Terms
- Retain your credentials after delivery is complete
- Access, request, or store the password to your personal email account, ever
6. Credential handling
For some platforms, we may need temporary access to your accounts to submit applications. Here's how we handle that:
- Credentials must be shared only through a secure 1Password vault that we set up for you, never via email, text, or chat
- We use credentials only during agreed application windows scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- We never duplicate, screenshot, or store credentials outside of the 1Password vault
- You retain control of the vault and can revoke access at any time
- We notify you in writing when access is no longer needed and confirm when we've removed ourselves
Personal email accounts are off-limits. HireLoop will never request, access, or store the password to your personal email account. If anyone claiming to be HireLoop ever requests this, do not share it.
7. Your responsibilities
For HireLoop to deliver effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in the intake form, including work history, skills, target roles, and salary expectations
- Provide a current and complete resume that accurately represents your experience
- Be available via text message during scheduled application windows to confirm new account registrations, provide email verification codes, and complete two-factor authentication when company career portals require it
- Respond to communications from HireLoop in a timely manner so we can deliver on schedule
- Independently review final materials and raise any concerns within the review window
- Conduct any interviews resulting from these applications yourself (HireLoop's responsibility ends at application submission)
8. What we don't guarantee
The job market is brutal right now. We can't fix that. What we can do is give you a way to show up sharp, every single time, with applications written specifically for the role.
HireLoop does not and cannot guarantee:
- That any application will result in a response, interview, or offer
- That you'll be hired by any specific company
- That any specific timeline to employment will be achieved
- The behavior, response time, or hiring decisions of any third-party employer or application platform
Hiring outcomes depend on factors entirely outside our control: market conditions, employer hiring decisions, your interview performance, competitive applicant pools, and timing.
What we commit to is delivering high-quality, tailored applications on schedule. The outcomes belong to you and the market.
9. Payment and refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. Services begin once payment is received and intake is completed.
Refunds are available under specific conditions. See our full Refund Policy for details. The summary:
- Full refund if HireLoop fails to deliver the first batch within 24 hours of intake completion (unless the delay is caused by your inability to provide required information)
- 50% refund if you cancel after intake but before any applications have been submitted
- No refund once delivery is complete
10. Confidentiality
We treat all your information as strictly confidential. This includes resume content, target companies, salary expectations, employment history, credentials, and intake responses.
We will not share your identity or specific job search details with any third party (including in marketing materials, testimonials, or case studies) without your express written consent.
Anonymized outcomes (for example, "a senior product manager landed three interviews in two weeks") may be shared without further consent.
11. Limitation of liability
HireLoop's total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost wages, lost opportunities, or lost employment.
You acknowledge that AI-assisted services may produce occasional errors. You agree to review all materials before they are used externally and notify us promptly of any concerns.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. If you terminate after services have begun, the refund policy in Section 9 applies.
HireLoop may terminate immediately if you provide false information, request services outside the agreed scope, or violate these Terms.
Upon termination, we will remove ourselves from any shared credential vaults within 72 hours and delete any temporarily stored credentials.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, before proceeding to court.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and email active customers about significant changes. Your continued use of HireLoop after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can request deletion of your data and stop using the service.
