Refunds are honored when we fail to deliver
If we don't deliver your first batch of applications within 24 hours of completed intake, you get a full refund. If you cancel before applications have been submitted, you get a 50% refund. Once delivery is complete, refunds aren't issued, but we offer a free re-run if you've heard nothing in 60 days.
The three refund scenarios
Late delivery
If HireLoop fails to deliver your first batch within 24 hours of completed intake (and the delay isn't caused by missing information from you), you're entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation before submission
If you cancel after completing intake but before any applications have been submitted, you're entitled to a 50% refund. The other 50% covers the time we've already invested in sourcing and tailoring.
Delivery already complete
Once all applications in your package have been submitted, refunds aren't issued. You received the service you paid for. If you've had no responses after 60 days, see our re-run policy below.
The 60-day re-run policy
If 60 days have passed since delivery and you've heard nothing, email us. We'll personally rework your application strategy and re-run the package at no additional cost. Job markets are unpredictable, but our commitment to your outcome isn't.
This policy exists because no service can guarantee interviews. What we can do is stand behind the quality of our work. If our positioning didn't get you in front of employers, that's our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.
To request a re-run, email support@gethireloop.com with "60-Day Re-Run" in the subject line. Include any feedback or signals you've gathered (interview reasons, recruiter notes, what you've heard from networks). We'll review your original package, identify what to adjust, and run a fresh batch within 7 days.
How to request a refund
To request a refund under any of the scenarios above:
- Email support@gethireloop.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include the email address used for purchase and a brief explanation of which scenario applies
- We'll respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
What's not refundable
To be transparent about what won't qualify for a refund:
- Inability to provide required information (resume, intake details, credentials when needed) that prevents us from delivering on time
- Disappointment with employer responses or hiring decisions (these are outside our control)
- Disappointment with the volume of replies or interview offers from a delivered batch
- Changes in your career direction after delivery has begun
- Requests submitted more than 90 days after delivery completion (except for the 60-day re-run policy)
Subscription cancellation (Unlimited tier, when active)
The Unlimited subscription ($199/month) is launching after early access. When it's live, the cancellation policy will be:
- Cancel anytime via your customer portal or by email
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You'll receive any remaining applications already in progress
- No partial-month refunds, but no charges for future months either
- You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days at no charge if you need a break
Chargebacks and disputes
If you're considering disputing a charge with your bank, please email us first. Most issues can be resolved directly within 24 hours, and we'd rather fix the problem than fight a chargeback. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, so a chargeback for a legitimate refund situation will simply be honored.
That said, if a chargeback is filed without first contacting us in cases where we've delivered the service as agreed, we reserve the right to dispute it with documentation.
Founder pricing and refunds
Early access customers ($79) are eligible for the same refund scenarios above. The "founder pricing for life" benefit (locking in $79 for future Starter packages, 20% off Premium and Unlimited) is honored even after a refund, as a thank-you for trusting us during the early access window.
